Well, if you saw in my last post, I got super sick. After nursing some Gatorade all day, I wanted some soup. My boyfriend, friend who was in town, and I decided to go to a local Mexican place despite the three star Yelp rating.

Thankfully we did. I was able to get a DELICIOUS bowl of chicken soup. It was huge and I was able to get two meals out of it.

The rest of the table had some queso, mole enchiladas, and chicken/rice/beans/veggie mix and all parties were pleased. Sangria was huge and enjoyed by people whose stomachs could handle sangria at that time 🙂

The best Mexican I’ve ever had? No, but definitely one of the better places so far in Charleston.
