One word: Shandy.

Really that’s all I have to write. Yea, I’m not a beer snob so feel free to throw your pint glasses at me and scoff, Shandy! Whatever. Palmetto Brewery has a really nice facility and yummy beers to go with it.

They do mix a shandy on premise, at least they did when I visited, and it was so good I got a small growler of it.

My brother and his girlfriend got a mix of the Huger Street IPA, Espresso Porter, and even tried the Ghost Rider (with Ghost Pepper). I also did try the Ginger Slap which is great if you like a strong ginger beer.

They have some food here and you can get a yummy pizza from DeSano’s down the street and head over to the nice picnic tables and enjoy some beer too. I need to go get my growler refilled. Summer is perfect shandy weather!
